Juror type is an important question that will be explored as various types of communication vary. The role of exemplary traits in the brain processes of learning, memory, and motivation will be illustrated in detail with examples.

This will plug into the background information provided in the early learning portion of the workshop to explain and identify key work in pretrial preparation, including depositions, paperwork, written findings, and significant work done outside the scope of judicial oversight findings. This will include a demonstration of the all-important three-camera deposition.
